About Ahvia Salon & Spa Scheduling ~ To secure your desired time, make your reservation early. If you would like to request a particular stylist/therapist, please let us know when you schedule your appointment. Cancellation Policy ~ To cancel without charge, please give us 24 hours notice. However, you may be asked to put your next scheduled service on a major credit card if you cancel the day of your appointment or if you fail to show up. we will make every attempt to fill your vacant appointment time, and will not charge you if we are able to do so. *We all have unexpected emergencies this policy is at the owner’s discretion Upon Arriving ~ Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will give you time to fill out any forms required for your salon or spa service. All dressing or undressing will take place in the privacy of your treatment room. For your safety and comfort, we suggest you leave your jewelry and valuables in your locked car or at home. Punctuality ~ If you arrive late for your service your treatment will be modified. All treatments end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced. During Your Visit ~ To get the most out of your treatment and services in the salon, communicate with your therapist/stylist. Your comfort and enjoyment are most important to us, so let us know if you have concerns about the depth of pressure during your massage, the temperature of your room, music volume or other issues. | ||
